Peter Riggs

Peter Riggs has been behind the scenes with CSG since 2020, keeping transactions on track and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. He also added Realtor to his many hats in 2025 after learning the ropes with Cord and Jenn. He's originally from South Florida, but came to UGA for grad school back in 2012 and fell in love with the Athens area. After finishing his doctorate in horn performance and teaching music for a few years, he decided to switch gears and dip his toes into real estate. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife and their dogs, playing music, and hitting up the gym for some Zumba and tennis.
