Clay Garrett
Clay has lived in Athens since 2001. He is a "Double Dawg," having earned his B.S. in Psychology and his Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Georgia. After working for 8 years as a mental health counselor and school social worker, Clay decided to bring his expertise in advocating for clients to the real estate world. He specializes in the service of potential buyers and sellers, with a focus on client relationships and experience.
In starting his fourth year, Clay has sold more than 40 properties and helped many more families with advice about the buying process. He has also worked with many investors and understands the landscape of investments a college town can offer. Living in town allows Clay to have a unique perspective to find clients their new home.
Outside of work, Clay enjoys going to shows (music and theater), hanging out in Normaltown, playing games at the Rook and Pawn, and watching soccer and football (Go Dawgs!!).
