After a successful career as a software engineer Sam joined Cord Sibilsky and Greater Athens Properties in 2016.  Selling over 4 Million in property in his first full year and over 12 Million to date, Sam has advised buyers and sellers from all walks of life in the greater Athens area.  As a 25 year resident of Athens and UGA graduate with a passion for Athens life and culture, it's no surprise his clients love the experience of working with him.
